Terms and Conditions for Kinsella HR Solutions Limited

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of tickets through our online ticketing system. By purchasing tickets, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Definitions
"We," "us," or "our" refers to Kinsella HR Solutions, the provider of the ticketing services.
"You" or "your" refers to the individual or entity purchasing tickets.
"Event" refers to any event for which tickets are sold through our platform.
"Tickets" refers to the electronic or physical tickets purchased for an Event.
2. Ticket Purchase
Tickets can be purchased online through Trybooking. By submitting your order, you make an offer to purchase the Tickets subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Your order will not be deemed accepted until you receive a confirmation email from us.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in British Sterling and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made at the time of purchase using our secure payment processing system.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and will notify you if a change occurs before your order is confirmed.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
All sales are final. Tickets cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the Event is cancelled or rescheduled.
If an Event is cancelled, we will provide a full refund of the ticket price only. Additional fees (e.g., service charges) may not be refundable.
In case of rescheduling, your Tickets will remain valid for the new date unless otherwise communicated.
5. Event Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to the Event, including but not limited to date, time, location, and lineup. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.
6. Admission Policies
Entry to the Event is subject to compliance with all venue policies and regulations. We are not responsible for any refusal of entry due to failure to adhere to these policies.
You must present valid Tickets for admission; lost or stolen Tickets cannot be replaced.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
