This is an experiential course, so I would like to suggest the following conditions:
Please download the latest version of Zoom on your device.
Please use a laptop, computer or tablet for the best results.
Please keep your camera ON during the session, and join us in a well-lit room. This is to maintain visual contact with each other.

Group Agreements to create a safe and supportive group as much as possible:
Punctuality: I aim to start on time and finish on time. If you can't make it for a session, please email me in advance.

Cancellation
If you cancel a course
If you cancel more than four weeks before the course starting date, we will refund the amount you have donated less and admin fee.
If you cancel within four weeks of the class start date, we will refund 50% of your payment.
If you cancel after the class has commenced, we are unable to refund any of your donation.

If we have to cancel a class:​
Sometimes we have to cancel class​ due to unforeseen circumstances or low numbers. We will do our best to notify you of this at least one​ week before the start date of your course and give you a full refund.
