Terms and Conditions

1. Event Details
The Christmas Lunch will be held on Saturday, December 14th, 2024, at 18:00 pm.
The event includes a three-course meal and a drinks reception with alcoholic beverages.

2.Alcohol Policy
Alcohol will be served to attendees aged 18 and over. The college reserves the right to verify the age of attendees before serving alcohol.
We ask that all attendees enjoy responsibly and remain mindful of others.

3. Payment and Cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the College.
Should you be unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. Tickets may be transferable to other individuals, but arrangements must be made directly with the college.

4. Personal Belongings
St Lawrence College accepts no responsibility for any personal items that may be lost, stolen, or damaged during the event. We advise attendees to keep personal belongings secure at all times.

5. Conduct
The college reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals from the event should their behavior be deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe.

6. Photography and Media
Please be aware that photographs and/or videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of any images in future promotional materials.

7. Health and Safety
All attendees are expected to follow any health and safety instructions given by the venue or event staff.

8. This is a no smoking venue.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms and conditions and to make the event enjoyable and safe for all attendees.

A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6.
