1. The Christmas Event working in partnership with WellBeing at Garon Park CIC to provide this event.
2. The purchase and possession of an admission ticket (whether purchased online or at the entrance) constitutes your acceptance to these terms and conditions
3. Admission is only with a valid ticket
4. Admission tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable
5. Admission tickets are only valid for use on the date shown and the specified number and type of persons as stated on the tickets.
6. All additional admissions must be paid for in full on arrival at the entrance at the on the day admission charge.
7. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check the ticket before arrival. It may not be possible to rectify errors on the day of the visit
8. Children (0 – 16 years) must be always supervised by a responsible adult aged 16+ years. An adult admission is defined as a responsible individual aged 16+ years. Children must NOT be left unattended at any time while at Wellbeing@Garon Park.
9. Tickets will not be accepted if any part of it is removed, altered or defaced
10. Printed tickets must be printed on paper with a fully legible barcode
11. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that smartphones are fully charged and able to correctly show a digital ticket where tickets are to be redeemed digitally
12. WellBeing@Garon Park reserves the right to refuse entry due to actual or suspected fraudulent activity in the purchase or use of admission tickets
13. WellBeing@Garon Park reserve the right to ask visitors to leave the site at any time during their visit due to behaviour deemed inappropriate by WellBeing Garon Park management, in these circumstances no refund will be given
14. WellBeing@Garon Park is unable to accept liability for personal damages, losses or injuries sustained at the venue – including, but not limited to, damage and losses to property and motor vehicles if the cause is due to negligence of the ticket holder or the actions of other patrons
15. Strictly no trading within the venue without written consent or agreement with WellBeing@Garon Park
16. No glass bottles or alcohol may be brought onto the site.
17. Please do not bring animals with you, with the exception of assistance dogs.
18. Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the site.
19. Personal data is only used by with WellBeing@Garon Park. Data is not passed onto third parties
20. From time to time, WellBeing@Garon Park will undertake general photo and video shoots as part of their marketing activity. If you do not wish to be included in any photographic material please advise the team undertaking the activity, inclusion assumes consent to the use of the material. Where an individual shot is required, consent for use will be requested.
21. WellBeing@Garon Park reserves the right to change advertised programmes without prior knowledge and all activities are subject to change.
22. In the case of adverse weather (heat, rain or wind) we may make the decision to close some activities for customer and staff safety.
23. This experience is a walking tour. It is accessible for wheelchairs and buggies. Any buggies/pushchairs left will be at the owner’s risk
24. For disabled access to the main Garon Park entrance. Pathways are fully accessible.
25. Your ticket includes a full day admission between the hours of 4.00pm-8.00pm .
26. Tickets are non-refundable. Should we need to cancel a date due to circumstances beyond our control, we will endeavour to move the booking to another available date or provide a credit for booking the following year.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
