General Terms
The decision to accept an application of a potential student shall be at our sole discretion.
Our obligations and liabilities are exhaustively defined in this agreement.
You agree to comply with the School’s safe and responsible use of facilities and conduct requirements, including due care and attention for yourself and other students/staff.
There may be occasions when we have to cancel a course. We will do our best to let you know of such cancellations as far in advance as possible and will endeavour to discuss such a situation with you at least 14 days before the scheduled course date.
We reserve the right to make reasonable alterations to the course provided, including the delivery method without notice.
We will not be liable for or responsible for any failure to perform any of our obligations under this agreement which are caused by any event that is outside our reasonable control.
We will not be liable to you for any loss, damage or theft of any property you bring onto our premises.
Parents will be billed the full amount to rectify any malicious damages caused by pupils, plus an administrative fee as deemed appropriate by the College.
Disruptive students or students who endanger others may be asked to leave the course and/or premises. No refund will be given in such instances.
Most students find that time with our tutors helps to improve their subject knowledge and exam technique, however, no guarantee of improved grades is made on the purchase of this product.
We may assign the benefit of this agreement and our rights thereunder to a third party on notice to you. Your rights under this agreement will not be prejudiced.
No photography or video photography is permitted on the site without the expressed permission of Clifton College Services Ltd. You may not post remarks or imagery to the internet that could identify another student or staff member.
Lost property found on the site may be held for up to one week before being disposed of as we see fit.
You agree to advise us immediately of any changes to the student or parent/guardian details provided.

Course Provision
2025 Easter Revision Courses at Clifton College will run Monday 14th - Friday 18th April 2025 inclusive.
Students may elect to attend up to two subjects, which will run in either morning (0900-1230) or afternoon (1330-1700) sessions each day of the week.
Some subject combinations may not be possible due to timetabling restraints.
Students will receive approximately 15 hours of tuition for each subject during the course of the week. Students may also be provided with homework assignments to complete between lessons. 30 minutes of break time is allowed for in each morning/afternoon session.
All students studying two subjects will receive a free lunch onsite.

Course Cancellation
Occasionally, courses must be cancelled due to reasons beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund will be offered, or transferred to another subject where possible.
All courses are subject to minimum numbers of students. Alternative subject options or refunds may be offered in case minimum numbers are not met.

Bookings
All bookings must be paid for in advance, and places are not guaranteed until full payment is received.
No part-week bookings are permitted.
Easter Revision bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Course places must be booked and paid for through the online booking form.
