Terms and Conditions
• Open to children of all ages.
• In addition to the main circuit, there will be a designated area for younger or less experienced riders.
• Bikes, bikes with stabilisers, balance bikes, and pedal tractors are all welcome.
• All children must be accompanied by an adult, who will be responsible for them at all times.
• Decorations must be securely fastened
• Children must ride safely
• All children must wear a helmet to take part
• The event is weather-dependent; please check for updates in case of inclement weather.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before the start to allow time for check-in and a quick safety check.
• Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional use. Please let us know if you prefer not to be included.
• A first aid station will be available on-site for any minor injuries.
• Please be aware that the ground may be rough in some areas and the lighting may not be very bright, so caution is advised.
• Riders participate at their own risk, and we are not responsible for any accidents or injuries.
• Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. However, in the unlikely event that the organisers must cancel the event, ticket costs will be refunded upon request, minus booking system charges (ticket fee and payment processing fee). Any unclaimed refunds will be donated directly to Katharine House Hospice.

A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
