1. General
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made through Ipswich High School for events and productions held at Ipswich High School and at the Hayworth Theatre.
1.2 By purchasing tickets, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 All bookings must be made online through the Ipswich High School ticketing platform or other designated methods provided by the school.
2.2 Payment must be completed in full at the time of booking.
2.3 Ipswich High School reserves the right to refuse bookings at its discretion.
3. Tickets
3.1 All tickets are electronic unless otherwise stated. A confirmation email with your booking details will be sent upon completion of your purchase.
3.2 Please present your ticket (digital or printed) upon entry to the event. Failure to provide valid proof of purchase may result in denial of entry.
4. Event Attendance
4.1 Attendees must arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before the event start time to ensure timely seating. Late arrivals may be denied entry or seated at an appropriate break in the performance.
4.2 Ipswich High School reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals who are disruptive or fail to comply with school policies or staff instructions.
5. Venue Rules
5.1 The Hayworth Theatre is a smoke-free venue, and smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited.
5.3 Photography, video recording, and audio recording during performances are strictly prohibited unless prior permission has been granted.
6. Cancellations, Refunds, and Transfers
6.1 Ipswich High School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events. In such cases, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their tickets to the rescheduled date.
6.2 Refunds may be requested by contacting the school at least 48 hours before the event. Refunds are processed at the school’s discretion and may take up to 7 business days.
6.3 Tickets are transferable to anyone within the Ipswich High School community. The original ticket holder must notify the school of the transfer to ensure smooth entry. Requests for refunds should be made by email or phone using the contact details provided in Section 11.
7. Liability
7.1 Ipswich High School accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property while attending events, except where caused by the school’s negligence.
7.2 Ticket holders are responsible for their own belongings.
8. Accessibility
8.1 The Hayworth Theatre is committed to being accessible to all. If you require assistance or have specific accessibility needs, please contact the school in advance.
9. Data Protection
9.1 Any personal information provided during the booking process will be processed in accordance with Ipswich High School’s Privacy Policy.
10. Amendments
10.1 Ipswich High School reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the booking platform and take immediate effect.
