If you are no longer able to attend the session, tickets can be refunded (minus the TryBooking processing fee) up to 14 days before the training course. Alternatively, we can roll your booking forward to a future session.

Within 14 days of the training session we will only be able to provide a refund if the course is sold out and we are able to offer your place to someone on the Waiting List.

If, for any reason and at any time, Apollo Fundraising has to cancel or reschedule your course you will be given the option of keeping your booking for the rescheduled date, changing your booking to a future course or receiving a full refund.

Please note: we believe part of the value of our training courses is being able to interact with the trainer and other participants. They typically involve a number of interactive elements. For this reason, we do not record our training sessions or make them available on "catch up". We also encourage you to attend using a device that has both camera and microphone, and from a location where you can actively participate.
