1. Tickets

1.2. This ticket has been created and managed using the TryBooking site and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of TryBooking
1.3. This ticket is proof of purchase of the event specified on the ticket and must be presented for validation at the point of admission.
1.4. Tickets are non-transferable and grant entry for one person per ticket purchased.
1.5. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.
1.6. Tickets cannot be on-sold by any means at a price greater than the purchase price of the ticket. Scalped tickets may be cancelled, and the ticket holder denied entry.
1.7. All concession tickets are subject to relevant checks on the door.
1.8. The attendee acknowledges that tickets for the event must be purchased exclusively through NAFAS. The event host is not responsible for any financial loss or inconvenience resulting from tickets purchased through unauthorized sellers.
2. Refunds
2.1. It is the responsibility of the ticket buyer to ensure that they are purchasing the correct ticket, and all sales are considered final.
2.2. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded except for in the rare scenario where the event is cancelled by NAFAS. In this instance, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders as per our records.
2.3. In exceptional circumstances, a request for refund will be considered by NAFAS on a case-by-case basis and all decisions are final.
2.4. Circumstances that NAFAS does not consider exceptional include but are not limited to personal circumstances, inclement weather and travel disruptions.
3. On the Day
3.1. NAFAS reserves the right to refuse entry.
3.2. NAFAS has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event.
3.3. By purchasing this ticket, attendees consent to being photographed and or filmed and understand that they may appear in NAFAS promotional material.
3.4. The attendee understands that the event host is not liable for any financial loss or inconvenience if the attendee is unable to attend the event for any reason, including but not limited to personal circumstances, inclement weather or travel disruptions.
4. Data Collection

4.2. Your data will not be used for marketing purposes unless consent was provided at the point of purchase. You can withdraw your consent and update your preferences at any time by contacting NAFAS Head Office
5. Additional Support
5.1. Attendees that require additional support or information from NAFAS to enable them to attend this event must contact NAFAS Head Office to discuss accommodations.
5.2. Attendees are advised to contact NAFAS Head Office prior to purchase if they are unsure.
6. Indemnity
6.1. The attendee acknowledges and accepts that attending the event involves inherent risks and agrees to take full responsibility for their own safety, wellbeing and property during the event.
6.2. The attendee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the event host, its organizers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to the attendee's participation in the event, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct by the event host.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6.
