Southwick Revival – Ticket Terms & Conditions
By purchasing or accepting a ticket to Southwick Revival, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Ticket Validity and Entry
Tickets are valid only for the specified event, date, and time.

Only valid tickets will be permitted entry. Re-entry may be restricted.

Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated by the organisers.

2. Refunds and Cancellations
Tickets are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be issued at the discretion of the organisers up to 14 days prior to the event, subject to a refund processing fee.

If the event is cancelled, postponed, or significantly rescheduled due to matters outside the organiser's control, refunds or exchanges may be considered.

3. Resale and Unauthorized Transfer
Reselling tickets above face value or transferring tickets without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Any unauthorised resale may result in ticket invalidation and possible removal from the event.

4. Carers
Carers may attend free of charge when accompanying a paying attendee who requires care.

Proof of carer status (e.g. carer ID, DLA/PIP documentation, Blue Badge) must be shown at the entry gate.

A standard ticket must be purchased in advance for the person requiring care.

5. Children
Children under 5 attend free of charge.

All under-16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

6. Accessibility
We aim to provide inclusive access for all attendees. Accessible parking and facilities are available.

Please contact us in advance to discuss any specific requirements.

7. Conduct and Safety
Ticket holders attend the event at their own risk.

The organisers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property.

Unsafe, disruptive, or offensive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.

8. Weather Policy
The event will go ahead in all weather conditions. Please dress appropriately.

No refunds will be issued due to poor weather.

9. Map Room & Tunnel Tours
Tours are limited and must be booked separately.

Tour tickets are time-specific, non-transferable, and subject to availability.

Waitlist access may be offered with password-protected links, which expire at the stated time.

10. Event Programme
The event schedule, activities, and participants are subject to change without notice.

The organisers reserve the right to amend the programme for operational or safety reasons.

11. Photography and Media
By entering the event, you consent to being photographed and filmed.

Footage may be used for promotional or archival purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in media, inform a steward upon arrival.

12. Personal Data and Privacy
Personal data collected during ticketing may be used to communicate important event information.

Your data will be handled according to our [Privacy Policy] and will not be shared without your consent.

13. Tickets and Wristbands
Keep your ticket and any issued wristband on you at all times.

Lost or damaged tickets may not be replaced.

14. Parking and Travel
Free parking is available in designated areas. Please follow marshal instructions and event signage.

VIPs, traders, and volunteers will have designated parking assigned.

Parking in village roads or private driveways is not permitted.

15. COVID-19 or Emergency Situations
In the event of cancellation due to government restrictions or other unforeseen emergencies, affected ticket holders will be contacted via the email address provided at booking.

16. Charitable Purpose
Southwick Revival is a volunteer-led, non-profit event.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
