Pioneer25 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Pioneer25 is a Badge Workshop activity open to Scouts registered on Surrey Scouts census. Patrol size can be 4 to 6 Scouts (If you have numbers more than Patrol Size or multiple of, please DO NOT turn Scouts away – please contact us to Accommodate their participation).

I understand and accept:
(I) Scouts must be bona-fide Scout age and registered on Surrey Scouts census.

(ii) Only a Scout Troop Team Lead, or member of the Group Exec should complete this booking on behalf of Scouts/the Patrol – Organiser is not able to accept bookings made by persons not authorised by the Scout Group, e.g. Parents/Guardians must arrange via the Scout Troop Team.

(iii) Special Needs applicants are accepted subject to satisfactory care in place - Please provide details of the applicant and extent of special needs in the registration, The organiser may contact the Scout Troop Team Lead to discuss the application. Alternatively, the Scout Troop Team Lead may contact the Event Organiser via the ‘Contact Organiser’ button at the foot of the first page to discuss the application.

(iv) Pricing of Activities offered have been arranged on a non-profit/voluntary basis in the spirit of Scouting; accordingly, we look to attendees to commit to their booking.

(v) The learning experience will be operated on Policy, Organisation and Rules of the Scout Association.

CANCELLATIONS
A request for refund will be met with compassion; however, it should be noted costs directly associated with organising this Scouting activity will be allocated from the payment commencing at time of the booking and may not be recoverable:
(i) Where a refund is agreed, the refund will be made available on a best endeavours basis which may result in not being able to offer a full refund.
(a) Where original payment of the Entry fee was made via Payment Card refunds shall conform to UK Law.
(b) Where original payment of the Entry fee was made via PayPal refunds shall conform to PayPal Terms and Conditions.
(c) In all cases, payment made at time of completing Online Entry includes a transaction fee payable direct to the Payment Card Acquirer – it is NOT possible to refund this portion of the Entry Fee.
(ii) Where a refund is requested less than One Month before the session date it would not be possible to offer a refund unless the ticket is re-sold.
(iii) All requests to cancel a booking will result in the ticket being released for resale.

TRANSFERS
A request to transfer a booking to another attendee will be met with compassion:
(a) The transfer request must be submitted no less than 48hours before the session date.
(b) Full booking details of the learner adopting the ticket must be provided at time of request to transfer.
(c) Where a transfer request is made after the cut-off time, we may not be able to transfer the booking to another candidate.


UK LAW
(I) Payment details taken at time of completing payment are separate from booking details in compliance with UK Finance PCI DSS and GDPR Laws.

(ii) On completing the booking, it is deemed the above terms and conditions are accepted in full by the applicant.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
