1. VVIP & VIP Seats are reserved and numbered. (Please note that if you plan to seat together with your friends or family members call us first to see if there is availability in that row you would like to seat)

1a. Once you have purchased your VVIP/VIP ticket we may not be able to move you to another VVIP/VIP seat as seats are numbered and reserved. Please call us first before you purchase you ticket if you plan to seat with your friends.

2. Only Early Bird Tickets are refundable AFTER the event has ENDED. Processing fees are non refundable. 50% cancellation fee applies.

2a. All other tickets types are non refundable/ transferable. We will ONLY refund is the host cancels the event.
2b. Should there a change of mind by the purchaser or change of circumstances not DIRECTLY CAUSED by the event host no refund will be issued.
2c. We do not refund for accommodation, transport or other expenses.

3. Should the ARTIST RESCHEDULE OR IS UNABLE TO ATTENDTO DUE REASONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. No refunds will be issued but the event host will work with the artist to find an alternative date. The tickets bought will be transferred to the new date.

4. Tickets can not be re-sold. If that happens, that ticket will immediately be invalid and we reserve the right to refuse you entry.
4a. Tickets can not be transferred to someone else without the Event Host approval and written request by the purchased (debit/credit card holder)
4c. During checking in we request that the ticket purchaser must bring along the card/credit they used to purchase the ticket and a form of ID to confirm identity.
4d. Please if you will be buying the tickets for someone, we will request a written email confirmation sent to info@rainbowentertainment.co.uk

5. Children are allowed. Please note that if a child will request a seat they will have to pay. Contact the event organiser for more details.

6. Parking is free on site on first come first serve basis.
6a. Parking, we may hire parking space at the nearest location and that will come at a fee. Ask the organiser about this arrangement.

7. Disputes - should there be a dispute or a shortfall on the day, please ask for the senior member of Rainbow Staff so that we can do our best to resolve the matter there and then on the day.

8. Security - we want everyone to have a memorable and blessed experience. There will be security on site to keep us safe.
8a. Please kindly work respectfully with Staff and treat them politely. The same is communicated and expected from our Staff.

9. Tickets Prices range from £60.00 - £80.00
9a. Doors Open at 18.00hrs.
Events starts at 19.30 - 22.00hrs
