Terms and Conditions
Attendees must agree to follow all instructions given throughout the Walk at all times. Failing to do so will result in walkers being taken off the walk or not allowed to start. All walkers must be at the safety briefing or they won’t be allowed to attend.
The Walk is a walk and not a race, but walkers must be fit, healthy and able to walk 9 miles with ease.
The organisers of the Walk are Guides over the Kent and Leven Sands Limited, a limited company and a charity registered in England & Wales and that them, their employees and volunteers cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, accident, loss, damage or public liability occasioned to me or any other attendees from my organisation.
An adult must accompany anyone under 16.
All walkers must be accounted for at the time of booking including children of all ages.
There no prams, unsupervised children, bicycles or wheelchairs allowed on the Walk.
On each bay walk photos and videos are taken of the event you agree to permission of images & videos to be used online & in marketing.
