Ticket Sales Terms and Conditions

1. General
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all ticket sales for Wigan Business Awards (“the Event”) organised by Launch Events NW Limited. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Payment
All tickets must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
Tickets are not considered confirmed until payment has been received and processed successfully.

3. Refunds and Cancellations
All ticket sales are final.
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once a purchase has been made.
In the unlikely event that the Event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser, ticket holders will be notified, and alternative arrangements or credits may be offered at the organiser’s discretion.

4. Transfer of Tickets
Tickets are non-transferable unless agreed in writing by the organiser.

5. Admission
Entry to the Event is only permitted with a valid ticket. The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee who behaves in a disruptive or inappropriate manner.

6. Event Changes
The organiser reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised programme, schedule, or venue without prior notice.

7. Liability
The organiser accepts no responsibility for personal property or any loss, damage, or injury incurred at the Event, except where caused by negligence.

8. Photography and Media
By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes unless you inform the organiser otherwise in writing before the event.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
