Terms and Conditions of Ticket Booking – HabsFest

By purchasing a ticket to HabsFest, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These are in place to ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience for everyone involved. Please read them in full before completing your booking.

1. Ticket Purchase and Entry
All tickets for HabsFest are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the entire event is cancelled. Refunds will not be issued for changes in line-up, weather conditions, personal circumstances, or transport issues.

Entry will only be granted with a valid ticket. You may be asked to show proof of ID to validate your ticket.

2. Access Requirements
HabsFest is committed to being as inclusive and accessible as possible. If you or anyone in your group has access requirements, it is essential that you get in touch with us in advance so we can support your needs appropriately.

Please email us at habsfest@habselstree.org.uk with full details of your access requirements no later than two weeks before the event. This includes, but is not limited to: wheelchair access, use of a Personal Assistant (PA), accessible viewing areas, or other specific adjustments.

If we are not informed in advance, we may not be able to guarantee accommodations on the day.

3. Age Restrictions
HabsFest may include age-restricted areas or content. It is your responsibility to check age guidance prior to booking. Under-18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult. ID may be required upon entry.

4. Line-Up and Event Schedule
The advertised line-up is subject to change. HabsFest reserves the right to alter or replace performers and amend the event schedule without notice. No refunds will be issued in the event of such changes.

5. Behaviour and Safety
All attendees are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully. Antisocial, disruptive, or unsafe conduct will result in immediate removal from the site without refund.

For the safety of all, security checks and bag searches will be carried out on entry. Prohibited items will be confiscated.

6. Force Majeure
In the event of cancellation or disruption due to factors beyond our control (including but not limited to extreme weather, public safety concerns, or legal restrictions), HabsFest will not be liable for costs incurred. Refunds will only be issued if the entire event is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled.

7. Photography and Recording
By attending HabsFest, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded. These materials may be used by the organisers for promotional and archival purposes.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
