Terms and Conditions for PCA Reunion weekend at Café Belge

Ticket Pricing and Inclusions:
The ticket price of £25 grants entry to the event for the entire weekend. This price does not include any food, drinks, or additional services.

Parking:
Vehicles, including cars and motorhomes, are parked at the owner's risk. While we strive to maintain a safe parking area, Café Belge accepts no liability for any loss or damage to vehicles or personal property.
The ticket price does not include parking. Parking charges may apply and will be communicated accordingly.

Motorhome Parking:
Limited motorhome spaces are available on-site. If you require motorhome parking, please request a space in advance. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Charity Cycle Ride (Sunday):
On Sunday, there will be a charity cycle ride as part of the event. By participating, you acknowledge that cycling involves inherent risks, and you assume full responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the ride.
Café Belge and event organizers are not liable for any injuries or incidents that occur before, during, or after the charity cycle ride.

Email Communications:
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive email communications from Café Belge regarding this event and future events. You can opt out of these communications at any time.

General Event Disclaimer:
Café Belge and its event organizers will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused during the event. This includes but is not limited to accidents, health-related issues, theft, or acts of nature.

Ticket Non-Transferability:
Tickets for the event are non-transferable and must be used by the individual who purchased them.

Refund Policy:
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be offered a full refund.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
