Ampthill VE80 Celebration Concert – Ticket Booking Terms & Conditions

1. General Information
1.1. The Ampthill VE80 Celebration Concert will take place on May 2nd 2025, from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
1.2. The event includes live entertainment, a raffle, and a licensed bar.
1.3. The event organisers reserve the right to amend the program, lineup, or timings if necessary.

2. Ticket Booking & Payment
2.1. All tickets must be purchased in advance through the official ticketing platform or authorised sellers.
2.2. Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation.
2.3. E-tickets or printed tickets must be presented for entry.
2.4. Attendees must be at least 18 years old to purchase tickets unless accompanied by an adult.

3. Entry & Attendance
3.1. Doors will open 30 minutes before the concert starts.
3.2. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone displaying disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.
3.3. All attendees must comply with venue safety regulations and staff instructions.

4. Raffle & Bar
4.1. The raffle will take place during the event, and winners must be present to claim prizes.
4.2. The bar operates under licensing laws—proof of age (ID required) will be requested for alcohol purchases.
4.3. The bar will close 30 minutes before the event ends.

5. Event Cancellation & Changes
5.1. If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be notified and offered a refund or alternative arrangements.
5.2. In the case of force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions), the event may be postponed or rescheduled.

6. Liability & Conduct
6.1. Attendees are responsible for their own belongings—organisers are not liable for loss or theft.
6.2. Any damages caused to the venue by an attendee may result in liability for repair costs.
6.3. Photography and video recording may take place—by attending, you consent to being recorded for promotional purposes. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
