Tickets are non-refundable.

All major activities are included in the ticket price. Refreshments will be available from a variety of vendors, who will set their own charges. Some stalls will also be chargeable e.g. raffles, tombolas.

Children below Year 9 must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that no products containing nuts must be brought to the event and no alcohol is to be consumed on site.

Blue Badge Parking
There are a limited number of spaces available which MUST be pre-arranged by 4pm Wednesday 11th June 2025. Blue Badge spaces will be allocated in the Dobson Road car park to recorded car registration numbers. Please bring your valid Blue Badge with you.

Photographs will be taken at this event and may be used for publicity. Guests are asked not to share photos on social media which could identify other people's children. Details provided during the booking process will be used to inform you of further details prior to the event. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry. Any persons who are noisy, drunk, threatening or unruly will be asked to leave the site, and will not be eligible for a refund. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all patrons.

BounceFest
Each ticket is for one person.
Photos will be taken during the event. If you don’t wish your group to be photographed please speak to a member of our team
We reserve the right to remove anyone who is displaying unsociable behaviour
Verbal or physical abuse will NOT be tolerated towards any member of staff or other participants
Parents/ guardians must take responsibility for their children at all times
All children must remove their shoes when playing on inflatables
NO climbing up slides or on the inflatables walls and NO rough play
Children must listen to the supervisors
All participants play at their own risk
Parents, guardians and carers should note that whilst every effort has been made to ensure children’s safety neither BounceFest UK, or their sister company Hardy Soft Play Hire, can be held responsible for accidents that occur as a result of playing on the equipment
No food or drink except water allowed in the play zone
Chewing gum is not allowed
All jewellery, badges and mobile phones to be removed by participants
Glasses to be removed if the participant is able to play safely without them
No-one with a history of back or neck problems, or anyone who feels unwell to use the equipment
Participants should not tamper with any of the equipment, or go behind any of the equipment
