Terms and Conditions
1. Your subscription ticket is proof of purchase and enables you to use the ball serving machine on the tennis courts Towles Fields in Burton on the Wolds from April 1st 2025 to March 31st 2026 inclusive.
2. Your subscription is non -transferable.
3. Refunds are not usually issued but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
4. Burton on the Wolds Playing Field Association (PFA) reserves the right to cancel a subscription should these Terms and Conditions not be met by the subscriber.
5. Should the PFA have to withdraw the use of the Lobster machine, the subscriber will be refunded 50% of their payment.
6. This ticket has been created and managed using the TryBooking site and is also subject to the Terms and conditions of TryBooking.
7. You must use the Whatsapp Groups (subscriber group and Lobster group) to indicate when you intend to use the machine and the tennis courts.
8. You agree to be briefed on the correct use of machine before you can use it.
9. Operating instructions must be followed carefully.
10. Children must not operate the machine.
11. At the end of a session the Lobster and balls must be returned to to cupboard, plugged in, locked up, the club house door locked and the key returned to the key safe outside.
12. It is recommended to book Court 2 (nearest the court gate) and locate the Lobster at the Playing Field end; this avoids balls being hit into the woods or the field.
13. Never use the Lobster when it is wet, or dampness is in the air. Any moisture around has a big impact, and will result in a misfeed of the balls which will block the firing mechanism
14. If you change the settings on the Lobster, please return them to those shown during the briefing
15. If the other Court is in use, please try to return balls into the opposite far corner to avoid them rolling onto the other court and interrupting play there
16. Never approach the Lobster from the front it may still able to deliver a ball; this could cause an injury.
17. Switch off the Lobster when refilling the balls to preserve the battery.

A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6.
