• Everyone is welcome providing you are fit enough to take part. Any walker under the age of 16 must include the name and authorisation of the parent/guardian who will be accompanying them on the walk on their registration form.
• By participating in this event, you enter at your own risk, and accept and agree that the organisers or any person associated with this activity will not be held liable for any accident, loss, damage or injury to you that may occur during or in connection with this activity.
• Places are non-transferable and non-refundable so if you are unable to walk for whatever reason you must inform us as soon as possible on 01264 359789 or info@cobh.org.uk.
• The 10@10 Late Night Walk is a not race and entrants must not run or jog.
• No dogs, other than guide dogs are permitted on the walk or onto school property.
• Alcohol is not to be consumed prior to or during the walk.
• The 10@10 Late Night Walk takes place on public roads and footpaths at night and there will not be any road closures in place. It is the entrant’s responsibility to adhere to the Highway Code at all times.
• The organisers reserve the right to refuse participation on the night if they believe a walker is unfit to take part.
• Closing date for entries is midnight on Monday 2 June.
• You CANNOT enter on the night.
• We ask that you raise sponsorship. There is no minimum amount. If you are unable to raise sponsorship, we ask that you purchase a Non-Sponsorship ticket.
• You are not permitted to use any sponsorship money raised to cover the cost of your entry or other expenses.
• All sponsorship money collected by walkers should be passed to the Countess of Brecknock Hospice by 31 August 2025.
• Due to unforeseen circumstances, the organisers reserve the right to cancel this event at any time.
Photography and Videos: We use photography and video to help promote the 10@10 Late Night Walk. This comes from a wide range of sources (including spectators) on a voluntary basis and is sometimes not arranged by CoBH. If you don't wish to be filmed or photographed just let the photographer know when approached. We do however reserve the right to use footage or images supplied to us where you might be included.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
