Ampthill’s VE80 Children’s May Day – Ticket Booking Terms & Conditions 1. General Information 1.1. Ampthill’s VE80 Children’s May Day event will take place on May 5th 2025, from 10.00A.M until 12.30P.M.

1.2. The event includes live entertainment

1.3. The event organisers reserve the right to amend the program, lineup, or timings if necessary. 2. Ticket Booking & Payment 2.1. All tickets must be purchased in advance through the official ticketing platform or authorised sellers. 2.2. Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation. 2.3. E-tickets or printed tickets must be presented for entry. 2.4. Tickets must be purchased on behalf of a child by an adult over 18.

2.5. All children must be accompanied by an adult over 18.

3. Entry & Attendance 3.1. Doors will open at 9.45 A.M on 5th May. 3.2. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone displaying disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. 3.3. All attendees must comply with venue safety regulations and staff instructions. 4. Event Cancellation & Changes 4.1. If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be notified and offered a refund or alternative arrangements. 4.2. In the case of force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions), the event may be postponed or rescheduled. 5. Liability & Conduct 5.1. Attendees are responsible for their own belongings—organisers are not liable for loss or theft. 5.2. Any damages caused to the venue by an attendee may result in liability for repair costs. 5.3. Photography and video recording may take place—by attending, you consent to being recorded for promotional purposes.

TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
