1. Cancellations and Refunds
• You may cancel your booking for a full refund up to 24 hours before the event.
• Cancel via Trybooking
• Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event, unless in exceptional circumstances at our
discretion.

3. Event Cancellation
• If we need to cancel the event for any reason, you will receive a full refund, regardless of notice period.
• We will notify you as soon as possible via the contact details provided at booking.

4. Health and Wellbeing
• Participation is at your own risk. Please inform the facilitator of any relevant physical or mental health considerations before the
event.
• Our events are designed to be supportive and inclusive, but they are not a substitute for professional therapy or medical care.

5. Respect and Confidentiality
• We aim to create a safe, inclusive, and respectful space for all participants.
• Please respect the confidentiality of what is shared in the circle. We ask that you do not share anyone else’s story outside the space.

6. Photography and Media
• We may occasionally take photographs or videos for promotional use. You will be informed in advance if this is planned, and
consent will always be requested.
• You are welcome to decline being photographed or recorded.

TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6.
