Terms and Conditions:
1. This ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented at the time of admission.
2. It is your responsibility to ensure accurate information is provided at the time of booking.
3. Please note: this is an event for over 18's only
4. No refunds are possible from 14 days prior to the event. For refunds prior to this please contact Airedale Hospital and Community Charity on anhsft.charity@nhs.net
5. In the event of a cancellation of an event by Airedale Hospital & Community Charity, we will use reasonable endeavours to contact you using the contact details provided at the time of booking. If it is possible to rearrange the event, your tickets will be valid for the new event or you will be offered a full refund.
6. It may be necessary, for reasons beyond our control, to alter the venue or the date of the event. We will provide as much notice as possible and your booking will be transferred. If you are unable to attend, a refund will be offered.
7. While attending the event, you will comply with: All applicable law, including, but not limited to, all health and safety legislation and requirements. All instructions given by us or on our behalf.
8. Event attendees shall be required to keep their personal belongings with them at all times and we accept no liability for damage to, or loss of, personal belongings.
9. The views expressed by any participants at an event are their own. We shall not be liable for the views, acts or omissions of any such person at the event.
10. By attending this event, I give permission for Airedale Hospital & Community Charity and Airedale NHS Foundation Trust to use photographs or video footage of me, taken during the event, to be used to raise awareness or money for Airedale Hospital & Community Charity, or to publicise this event including but not limited to, advertising, publications, marketing materials and any other documents that may be made available to the public. If I don’t wish my image to be used for promotional or marketing purposes, I will email anhsft.charity@nhs.net prior to the event.
11.The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.
12.This ticket has been created and managed using the TryBooking site and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of TryBooking
13. Your data will not be used for marketing purposes unless consent was provided at the point of purchase. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting anhsft.charity@nhs.net
