EVENT RELEASE FORM – CIDER RALLY 2026
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms of this Event Release Form.
The undersigned (on my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs, personal representatives, successors, and assigns), in consideration of the opportunity to participate in the Ride, Poker Run, Rally, Field Meet, or other Activity (hereafter referred to as "EVENT(S)"), sponsored and/or conducted by Harley-Davidson, Inc., Harley-Davidson Motor Company, the Harley Owners Group, authorized Harley-Davidson dealers, and/or local H.O.G. chapters and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents ("RELEASED PARTIES"), hereby releases and holds harmless the RELEASED PARTIES from any and all claims and demands, rights, and causes of action of any kind arising out of participation in any EVENT(S).
This release extends to any claims resulting from the performance of chapter duties, whether or not arising from negligence (except in cases of willful neglect) on the part of the RELEASED PARTIES, including but not limited to the conditions, instructions, rules, or procedures under which the EVENT(S) are conducted.
By purchasing a ticket:
• You agree not to sue any RELEASED PARTY for any injury or property damage arising from or connected to the EVENT(S), except in cases of wilful intent.
• You acknowledge understanding the risks involved in motorcycling and accept full responsibility for any accidents or injuries that may occur.
• You acknowledge you are voluntarily participating in the EVENT(S) and assume all associated risks.
• You certify that you have read and understood this release and are not relying on any representations by the RELEASED PARTIES.
THIS IS A LEGAL RELEASE – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING.
At the time of booking, you will be required to check a box confirming your acceptance of these terms.
You will not be able to proceed with your booking without completing this step.
Checking the box constitutes a digital signature acknowledging acceptance of the Event Release Form.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Tickets are non-refundable and non transferable.
• Applicants staying in chalets must be current H.O.G. members and must use their own membership for booking.
• Only one booking per chalet is permitted. All names of individuals staying must be added to the booking form (details will be provided on the booking page).
• Each person listed must read and accept the Event Release Form by checking the designated box during the booking process.
• Children (ages 5–16) can attend with half-price rally tickets.
• After booking, you will receive an email from Gina with your booking reference please note: this will not happen until later in the year when we get closer to the rally as Sandbay will not be ready to take the bookings until then.

Important Information Regarding Children (Under 16s)
Due to Sand Bay’s usual adult-only policy, the following restrictions apply for children during the event:
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Children are not permitted in the bar areas.
• Children must leave the main entertainment hall by 9:00 p.m. (They may continue to use the back entertainment hall after this time.)
• Children must vacate the dance floor once bands start playing.

Accommodation Details
• Accommodation on-site is £125 per adult for three nights, including breakfast and evening meals.
• While the chapter manages room allocations, your accommodation is not confirmed until you have contacted Sand Bay directly.
• Pontins does not offer refunds.
We advise discussing Pontins insurance options directly or securing your own travel insurance to cover cancellations.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This ticket was produced using the TryBooking UK Ltd website. All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
