KAM Dance School – Ticket Terms & Conditions
**Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing your ticket. By completing your purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.**
1. Tickets
- All tickets are **non-refundable**. Once purchased, tickets cannot be returned or exchanged for a cash refund under any circumstances.
- Tickets are **transferable**. If you are unable to attend, you may pass your ticket to another person. Please notify us in advance where possible.
- **Non-attendance does not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.** If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, no refund will be issued. We encourage you to transfer your ticket to another person if you can no longer make it.
2. Show Rules
All audience members are required to adhere to the show rules at all times. Failure to comply may result in you being asked to leave the venue without a refund. Our staff and volunteers have the right to enforce these rules throughout the event.
3. Photography & Videography
Photography and videography of any kind are strictly prohibited during the performance.
This policy is in place to protect the welfare and privacy of all children performing. This includes the use of mobile phones, cameras, and any other recording devices.
- Any person found to be taking photographs or recording video will be required to delete all footage and images from their device immediately.
- Failure to comply will result in the individual being asked to leave the venue.
- No refund will be issued in this circumstance.
4. Removal from the Venue
KAM Dance School and venue staff reserve the right to remove any audience member from the premises if they are found to be:
- In breach of show rules
- In breach of the photography and videography policy
- Under the influence of alcohol or behaving in a manner deemed disruptive or inappropriate
**No refund will be given to any person who is asked to leave the venue, regardless of the reason.
5. Alcohol
Any person found to be intoxicated or behaving in a disruptive manner as a result of alcohol consumption will be asked to leave the venue immediately. No refund will be issued.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1.
