Drug Testing:
Record status shoots are liable for drug testing. Any competitor approached to give a sample for testing MUST comply. If they refuse, that refusal will be treated as a positive result. Where an entry is completed by one or more junior archers, consent must be given for each by the parent of legal guardian.

Photography:
The provisions within the Archery GB Protection of Children and Vulnerable Adult's policy requires that those that wish to take photographs at the event are to register with the tournament organiser on arrival. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that unauthorised photography does not take place, Archery GB, the Club, the Tournament organiser and the working party cannot be held responsible for breaches of this code.

Data Protection:
When you enter competitions the following information may be collected and shared with tournament organisers, scoring systems and other competitors for example target lists and results may be published.

Refunds:
Refunds before the closing date will be issued less the ticket fee. Refunds will not be issued after the closing date.

Neither Wymondham Archers nor WRFC can accept liability for damage or injury caused to any person or their property whilst on, entering or leaving the grounds howsoever caused

A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
