Registration is non-transferable without prior approval.
Refunds will not be issued except in cases of event cancellation after 48hours purchase.

The organizers are not responsible for technical issues related to connectivity or software compatibility.
Participants must conduct themselves in a professional manner. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the Event.
4. Sponsorship & Partnerships
Sponsors agree to provide the required payment for their selected sponsorship tier before the agreed deadline.
Sponsors may provide promotional materials for distribution during the Event.
The organizers reserve the right to approve or reject sponsorship applications at their discretion.
Sponsorship fees are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property & Recordings
All content, including presentations, discussions, and materials shared during the Event, remain the property of the respective speakers and The Procurement Plug.
The Event may be recorded for promotional and educational purposes.
By participating, attendees and speakers grant The Procurement Plug the right to use their likeness, voice, and contributions in recorded or promotional materials.
6. Data Protection & Privacy
By registering, attendees consent to the collection and processing of personal data for event management purposes.
Attendee contact details will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Sponsors will only receive attendee data from those who opt in.
7. Liability Disclaimer
The organizers are not liable for any technical failures, disruptions, or force majeure events that may impact the Event.
Participants assume all risks associated with their participation in the Event.
8. Amendments & Changes
The organizers reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Significant changes will be communicated to registered attendees and sponsors.

TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4.
