Tickets are non-refundable.
You will be issued with a QR code for your booking. Please present this at the gate on your phone or as a paper copy. Each code represents your whole group arriving together, therefore, if members of your group are arriving separately, please make a separate booking so that they can be issued with their own QR code. Each code is unique and will only scan ONCE, so please do not duplicate them.
Gates open promptly at 4pm, and no earlier. Guests arriving earlier will be required to wait at the entrance gates or in cars until 4pm.
The fireworks display is planned at 6.45pm but may be earlier as it is dependent on weather conditions on the evening. Therefore, we strongly advise you to be on site by 6pm.
STRICTLY NO SPARKLERS OR FIREWORKS.
All children MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult. Year 12 and 13 students may attend unaccompanied.
Please do not bring large bags on site as there is nowhere to store them and the event area will be very busy, causing difficulty passing. This is now a very popular event, so we must STRICTLY limit the number of people on site. Please note that there are no tickets available at the gate, so please do book early to guarantee entrance and avoid queues.
Entry by ticket only.
VIP Parking
There are a limited number of spaces available at £10. Sale closes 4pm Friday 31st October 2025. VIP spaces will be allocated in the GD Quad to recorded car registration numbers. Entry to the car park will be from 3.30pm until 6.00pm on that day. The gates to the event open at 4pm, so please remain seated in your car if you arrive before then. You will be able to access your car throughout the event.
Please note lifts will not be available on this day.
Blue Badge Parking
There are a limited number of spaces available, which MUST be pre-booked by 4pm on Friday 31st October 2025. Blue Badge spaces will be allocated in the Dobson Road car park to recorded car registration numbers. Entry to the car park will be from 3.30pm until 6.00pm on that day. Please bring your valid Blue Badge with you. The gates to the event open at 4pm, so please remain seated in your car if you arrive before then. This car park is on the same level as the event. You will be able to access your car throughout the event. All guests in the cars MUST have pre-purchased tickets.
By placing an order for VIP parking or a Blue Badge ticket you agree to ensure each guest in the car has already purchased a ticket to the event. (Online ticket sales will continue until 7pm on the day). Additionally, if you have ordered a Blue Badge parking ticket, you must bring your Blue Badge to display on the evening.
Please do not try to enter the Girls’ Division Quad or Tudor Avenue car-park WITHOUT a pre-purchased PARKING PERMIT, as you will be refused entry. It is only fair that the limited number of spaces are kept for guests that have paid for the convenience or require special parking.
