IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Please read the following instructions carefully. They are for your safety and to provide all the information about our exciting event.

1) Each Climber must be
• Able to wear a harness which has a maximum width waist of 56 inch
• Consult your medical practitioner prior to booking if you have any existing medical conditions. Alternative Adventures and Lancashire Teaching Hospitals Charity are not able to assess your health to participate in this activity.

2) Lancashire Teaching Hospitals Charity are not responsible for any injury or accident and participants take part under Alternative Adventure's insurance www.altadv.co.uk

3) By signing up you are pledging to support the Lancashire Teaching Hospitals Charity by raising at least £50 in sponsorship.

4) No previous experience is required. Just a sense of adventure!

5) Please come dressed for the weather conditions. There may be a wait for your slot.

6) Please arrive 20 mins before your time slot.

7) Please check the time you have booked. We are unable to reschedule of refund missed time slots.

8) For admin and safety purposes, your details will be shared with Alternative Adventures for this event only. Details will not be shared with anyone outside of this organisation.

9) If you take photos please email them to us for our website, social media pages and newsletter!

10) This event is highly weather dependent and may be cancelled at short notice. If the event is cancelled:
• We will update Lancashire Teaching Hospital's Charity Facebook and Twitter pages
• Send you an email- Please make sure you have given us an email address so that we can notify you.

11) Lastly, by entering online you confirm that you have read and accept the conditions of entry to the NHS Big Climb 2024 and the rules and conditions of the event.
