All Santa trains depart from and return to Ruddington Fields Station.
Please allow adequate time to park and walk to the station before your booked departure time.
We are not able to hold the departure of trains for late arrivals. We recommend you arrive a minimum of 10 minutes before your booked start time.
Customers are allocated seats so please ensure you book the full number in the party at the same time. Later bookings can not be guaranteed to have seats near to any prior booked.
Cancelled bookings will not be refunded if less than 7 days from the booked date. If you wish to change a date/time after booking (and more than 7 days away from the booked date) then a full refund may be given however, you will need to book again the date/time you require.
No refunds will be given to any visitors who arrive late for their booked departure time however, if space allows you may be offered an alternative time/date.
Every effort will be made to run trains according to the timetable but unforeseen circumstances may entail alterations or cancellations.
The railway operators can accept no liability for such cancellations or late running of any train and reserves the right to vary the provisions without prior notice.
Accessibility: Due to the design of the historic coaches used for our services, wheelchairs cannot gain access to the passenger areas of the coaches. If a member of your party is a wheelchair user, please call to discuss your specific requirements before making a booking.
Small, well behaved dogs are allowed travel (as well as assistance dogs) but must be kept under control at all times.
If cancelled due to a technical issue the organisers will offer an alternative time/date (if available) or a full refund.
