Terms and Conditions – Charity Race Night

1. Ticket Sales
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled by the organisers. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be provided upon request.

2. Event Purpose
This is a fundraising event in aid of ACE Lancaster (About Achieve Change and Engagement), a registered charity. All proceeds will go towards supporting our free mental health services for children and young people.

3. Gambling Disclaimer
Although this event includes race-themed games for entertainment, it is intended as a fun fundraising activity, not a commercial gambling event. Betting is informal and limited to small stakes.

4. Age Restrictions for Betting
Children and families are very welcome to attend and enjoy the evening. However, only individuals aged 18 and over are permitted to place bets during the races, in accordance with UK law.

5. Prizes
Prizes for horse owners may be cash-based or non-cash-based. The type and value of prizes will be determined by the organisers and are subject to availability. No exchanges or alternatives will be offered unless at the organisers’ discretion.
