Terms & Conditions – SheInspires Global Virtual Community Connect
1. Eligibility:
Attendance is by invitation only. This event is exclusively for members of the SheInspires community, including finalists, judges, sponsors, and those directly invited by the organisers.
2. Non-Transferable Tickets:
Tickets are strictly non-transferable. You may not pass on your registration or Zoom link to anyone else.
3. Admission:
Booking a ticket does not automatically guarantee entry. The right of admission is reserved by the organiser. Participants must be verified as eligible invitees. Any unauthorised registrants may be removed or denied access.
4. Confidentiality:
Content shared during the event may be sensitive, internal, or preparatory in nature. By attending, you agree not to record, reproduce, or distribute any part of the session without prior written consent from SheInspires.
5. Zoom Access:
The Zoom link will be sent only to confirmed participants. Entry to the event will require the same name used during registration to match access permissions.
6. Code of Conduct:
Participants are expected to engage respectfully. Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the session and exclusion from future events.
7. Recording Notice:
This session may be recorded by the organisers and may be shared on SheInspires social media platforms, website, or used for future promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being recorded and to the possible use of your image or contribution in these formats.
8. Changes or Cancellation:
The organiser reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the event at any time. Registered participants will be informed by email if such changes occur.
9. Technical Requirements:
Participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and access to Zoom. The organisers are not liable for connectivity issues on the attendee’s side.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
