1. General Information
• All courses and groups offered via the Torbay Family Hubs TryBooking page are free of charge.
• These sessions are part of the Torbay Digital Services initiative, delivered by Torbay Family Hubs, and are designed to support families with accessible, inclusive, and evidence-informed content.
2. Eligibility
• Courses are open to parents, carers, and professionals living or working in Torbay.
• Some sessions may be tailored to specific age groups (e.g. 0–3, primary, secondary, SEND) or topics (e.g. sleep, co-parenting, emotional wellbeing). Please check the session description before booking.
3. Booking and Attendance
• Bookings must be made via the TryBooking platform. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration.
• If you are unable to attend a session you have booked, please cancel your place as early as possible to allow others to join.
• Some sessions may have limited spaces. Priority may be given to families who have not previously attended or who meet specific criteria.
4. Accessibility and Support
• All sessions are designed to be inclusive but If you require additional support (e.g. interpreter, accessible materials), please indicate this during booking or contact the team in advance.
5. Safeguarding and Privacy
• All sessions are delivered in line with Torbay Safeguarding Children's practice
• Any concerns raised during sessions will be followed up in accordance with our safeguarding procedures.
• Personal data collected during booking will be used solely for the purpose of managing your attendance and improving our services. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Notice.
6. Participation and Conduct
• We ask all participants to engage respectfully and maintain a safe, supportive environment for others.
• Facilitators reserve the right to remove participants from a session if behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate.
7. Feedback and Evaluation
• You may be invited to complete a short feedback form after attending a session. Your input helps us improve our services and develop future content.
• Participation in feedback is voluntary and anonymous unless otherwise stated.
8. Changes and Cancellations
• While we aim to deliver all sessions as advertised, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible via the contact details provided at booking.
