If you are no longer able to attend the session, tickets can be refunded (minus the TryBooking processing fee) or transferred to a future session up to 14 days before the training course.

Within 14 days of the training session we will only be able to provide a refund if the course is sold out and we are able to offer your place to someone on the Waiting List.

If, for any reason and at any time, Apollo Fundraising has to cancel or reschedule your course you will be given the option of keeping your booking for the rescheduled date, changing your booking to a future course or receiving a full refund.

Please note: This is an interactive workshop and requires active participation during the session, as well as preparation work in advance in order to gain the full benefits. For this reason, we do not record our training sessions or make them available on "catch up". When attending one of our online sessions we also encourage you to attend using a device that has both camera and microphone, and from a location where you can actively participate.

In advance of the session the attendee will be required to read a pack of Trustee papers. It is the attendee's responsibility to make time to read the papers in advance to ensure they can fully participate in the session. No refunds will be provided to attendees who are unable to participate due to not reading the papers.
