Terms and Conditions of Entry
Woodhall Country Park 1940’s Festival

Event Location: Woodhall Country Park
Event Date(s): 10th - 12th July 2026

By purchasing a ticket or attending the Woodhall Country Park 1940’s Festival (“the Event”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticketing and Entry
Tickets must be purchased via the official website, the park reception or subject to availability on the event gate.

All attendees must present a valid ticket upon entry.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the organiser.

Tickets are non-transferable without prior consent from the organiser.

Entry may be refused or revoked at the discretion of the event organisers for safety or behavior concerns.

2. Event Conduct
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward others and event staff.

Themed attire is encouraged, but clothing or behavior that promotes hate or intolerance will not be permitted.

No unauthorized trading, marketing, or promotional activity is allowed onsite.

Attendees must not bring their own food & drink into the event area.

3. Health & Safety
By attending, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with outdoor events and agree to take personal responsibility for your safety.

In the event of an emergency, please follow directions from event staff and emergency services.

First aid services will be available onsite.

4. Photography & Filming
The event may be professionally photographed and filmed.

By attending, you consent to being filmed or photographed for promotional and archival purposes without compensation.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a member of the event staff upon arrival.

5. Liability Waiver
The event organisers, sponsors, and Woodhall Country Park accept no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury incurred during the Event unless caused by proven negligence.

Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

6. Cancellations & Force Majeure
The organisers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event in case of extreme weather, government regulation, or any situation beyond their control.

In the case of full cancellation, ticket holders will be offered a refund or the option to transfer to a rescheduled date.

7. Animals
Dogs are welcome but must be kept on leads at all times and cleaned up after. Aggressive behavior by animals will not be tolerated.

8. Camping, Touring & Accommodation
Onsite accommodation at Woodhall Country Park is subject to separate terms and booking policies.

Visitors must follow site rules regarding noise, waste disposal, and quiet hours.
