1. Booking and Payment
1.1 All bookings must be made in advance through our designated booking platform.
1.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s place.
1.3 If you have trouble booking online or prefer to pay by cash on the day, please get in touch. However, please note, that if you arrange to pay on the day and then do not give us fair warning if you cannot attend, you will not be permitted to book future sessions without paying at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
2.1 Cancellations made at least 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled activity will receive a full refund.
2.2 Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.
2.3 Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 7 working days to appear in your account.

3. Attendance and Safety
3.1 Parents/guardians must ensure that children arrive on time for the activity. The gate will open 15 minutes before the start and remain open for 15 minutes after the start of the session, but anyone arriving later than this may not be able to participate, and refunds will not be issued.
3.2 Our farm follows strict safety procedures, and all participants must adhere to staff instructions at all times. Please read our safety instructions before you arrive, or ask to see a copy on arrival.
3.3 The farm is not responsible for any personal belongings brought to the activity.

4. Changes and Cancellations by the Farm
4.1 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an activity due to unforeseen circumstances, including severe weather conditions. In such cases, a full refund or an alternative date will be offered.
4.2 If the activity is cancelled by us, you will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund will be issued.

5. Health and Wellbeing
5.1 Parents/guardians must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements when booking.
5.2 Our pigs can catch many types of human virus so if your child becomes unwell prior to attending the session, please let us know and an opportunity to reschedule will be given.

TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5.
