Terms and Conditions – Charity Fashion Show & Clothes Sale

Ticket Sales
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled by the organisers. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be provided upon request.

Event Purpose
This is a fundraising event in aid of Achieve Change and Engagement (a.c.e) Lancaster, a registered UK charity. All proceeds will support our free mental health services for children and young people.

Alcohol and Refreshments
Each ticket includes one complimentary glass of wine on entry. Attendees under the age of 18 will be offered a free soft drink upon arrival. Proof of age may be required to receive alcoholic beverages, and alcohol will only be served to individuals aged 18 and over, in line with UK licensing laws.

Children and Young People
Children and young people are warmly welcome to attend this event. They must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Family-friendly facilities and refreshments will be available.

Sales and Transactions
All clothing and accessory sales at this event are provided by Kitty Brown Boutique. Any purchases made are solely between the customer and Kitty Brown Boutique. Achieve Change and Engagement (a.c.e) Lancaster is not responsible for the quality, condition, pricing, or return policy of any items sold. Please speak directly with Kitty Brown Boutique regarding any questions, concerns, or issues relating to your purchase.

Event Changes
The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, activities, or layout without prior notice. Any major changes will be communicated to ticket holders as soon as possible.

Liability
The organisers accept no responsibility for personal property lost, damaged, or stolen during the event. Attendees are advised to take reasonable care of their belongings.
