Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of event cancellation by St Clare Hospice.

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds may be provided upon request if the rescheduled date is unsuitable for the attendee.

St Clare Hospice reserves the right to cancel or modify an event without liability. In such cases, refunds will be issued.

Entry is granted only upon presentation of a valid ticket. Digital or printed copies are acceptable unless otherwise specified.

An adult must accompany any children under 16 years of age.

St Clare Hospice cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the event.

St Clare Hospice reserves the right to alter event details, including date, time, or content, for operational or unforeseen reasons. Ticket holders will be informed of significant changes.

St Clare Hospice is not liable for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

By attending a St Clare Hospice event, ticket holders consent to be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the grotto staff upon arrival.
