Sarjan Nartan Academy LTD Presents Pre-Navratri Garba Folk Fest 2025. Join us for an exhilarating Pre Navratri Garba event on 20th September 2025, time: 7:30-11pm.

We are thrilled to bring an evening filled with joy, energy, and cultural extravaganza. As the beats of traditional music fill the air, we invite you to immerse yourself in to Pre- Navratri festivity.
Please read and observe terms and conditions carefully for smooth running of the event:

1.Dress Code: Traditional Wear

2. No Food or Drink Allowed from out side. Delicious and scrumptious Food and drinks can be purchased from our food stall.

3. Only pre purchased tickets holders will be given entry at the venue. All Tickets are non-refundable and non- transferable. Kids under 5 years will get free entry but needs ticket.

4. Doors will open at 7pm. Limited parking is available on site, but plenty of free street parking is available in surrounding area.

5. All E-Tickets cannot be re-sold on the secondary market. Anyone found to be re-selling will get their tickets cancelled without refund and will be refused entry on the festival site

6. In the event of an event cancellation, only face value of the E-Ticket (not the booking fee and/or card charges) will be fully refunded from the point of sale.

7. No refunds will be given to the ticket holder if refused entry, or evicted due to behaviour that threatens the enjoyment and safety of any persons attending the event.

8. We reserve the right to refuse admission to the ticket holder, if there are reasonable grounds for suspicion and police will be notified.

9. E-Ticket holders implicitly consent to appear in any filming and/or recording of the event

10. The organiser reserve the right to change artists/ musicians without prior notification and no refunds will be processed due to artist bill change/cancellation

11. The organisers accept no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged of ticket holders valuables.

12. Very Strict Policy: Any person attempting to enter the festival under the influence of drugs/ alcohol/ legal or illegal highs will be refused entry. Consumption of these listed substance during festival is strictly prohibited as this is a Religious Event.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
