Welcome to Bidford Maize Maze and Spooky Maze We are delighted to have you join us for an unforgettable adventure. By purchasing a ticket and entering our maize maze, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. General Information
1.1. Operating Hours: Our maize maze is open from 10am to 5pm, Monday - Sunday. Operating hours are subject to change based on weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Ticket Purchase and Entry
2.1. Ticket Purchase: Tickets must be purchased online through Trybooking or at the entrance. Each ticket grants entry to one person.
2.2. Entry Rules: All visitors must present a valid ticket upon entry. Re-entry is not permitted without the purchase of a new ticket.
2.3. Children: Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

3. No Refunds Policy
3.1. No Refunds: All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to weather conditions, change of mind, or inability to attend the event.
3.2. Rescheduling: In the event that we must close the maze due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will offer the opportunity to reschedule your visit. No refunds will be provided.

4.1. Behaviour: All visitors must behave in a respectful and orderly manner. Abusive, aggressive, or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate expulsion from the premises without a refund.

Alcohol or illegal substances

4.3. Safety: Visitors must adhere to all posted signs and follow the instructions of our staff. Running, climbing on maze structures, and damaging the maize plants are strictly prohibited.
