Your ticket will be created and managed using the TryBooking site so is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of TryBooking.

Tickets purchased are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. Deva Legion, Chester is not responsible for cancellation which is deemed to be 'out of their control'. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry. The Deva Legion, Chester and the Llangollen International Pavilion reserve the right to refuse entry, and/ or insist that any person behaving in an inappropriate, threatening or unruly manner leaves the venue/ event - these circumstances will not entitled to any refunds.

The Event Organiser has the rights to record, photograph and produce media of this event; by purchasing a ticket/ attending the event, you agree to this, understanding that you may be seen on social media and web pages.

Each ticket purchased for the rally itself (i.e. not for glamping tents or t-shirts) entitles one person access to the rally and partake in its associated activities; the ticket price also includes a motorhome/ caravan or pitch, with electricity (on a first come/ first served basis) - the ticket does not include any food or drink. Weekend rally tickets also include a rally pack unless otherwise advertised. Your ticket is Proof of Purchase and must be presented on admission to the venue. Personal data collected will not be used for marketing purposes, or any purpose unrelated to this event. Any and all information collected is for rally administration purposes only. Neither the Deva Legion, Chester or the International Pavilion, Llangollen will be held responsible for any loss, injury or impact as a result of attending the rally.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
