Nylah Gigi Memorial Tournament – Ticket Terms & Conditions

1. Ticket Purchase
All tickets are sold for the Nylah Gigi Memorial Tournament and grant entry to the event only. Tickets are non-transferable unless agreed by the organisers.

2. Refunds & Cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event that the tournament is cancelled by the organisers. If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be contacted regarding refunds or rescheduling.

3. Event Changes
The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, format, venue, or timings if required. Any significant updates will be communicated to ticket holders as soon as possible.

4. Entry & Conduct
All attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards players, officials, volunteers, and other guests. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behaviour is deemed unsafe or inappropriate, without refund.

5. Children
Children under the age of 12 may attend free of charge but must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

6. Photography & Media
By attending the event, you consent to photography and video recording which may be used for promotional or fundraising purposes related to the tournament.

7. Liability
The organisers hold public liability insurance for the event. Attendance is at your own risk, and we kindly ask all attendees to take care of themselves and their belongings during the day. The organisers are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings, except where liability arises due to negligence and as required by law.

8. Charity Fundraising
The tournament is a charitable fundraising event. All proceeds raised will be used to support men’s mental health initiatives.
