Hooked on Hospice Care Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions detailed below apply to all purchasers (the one buying the ticket), participants, and attendees participating in any Hooked on Hospice Care fishing event.
1. The act of purchasing an entry through the Hooked on Hospice Care’s online booking system (TryBooking) or completing a paper entry form, prior to or on the day of an event, and/or signing in at registration, on the day of the event, is taken as acknowledgement that each participant/attendee accepts these Terms & Conditions.
2. Participants must be at least 16 years old on the date of the fishing match. All participants & attendees under the age of 18 years old much be accompanied by someone aged 18 years old or above.
3. Cancellation/Refunds: Purchasers may cancel a ticket by emailing hookedonhospicecare@gmail.com including their & the participants full name(s) to cancel their ticket. We require at least seven days’ notice prior to the fishing match in order to process a refund. Any request outside of this time scale will not be entitled to a refund, and their entry fee will be taken as a donation for the chosen charity. Please note: transfer of tickets can be made at any point by emailing hookedonhospicecare@gmail.com
4. We reserve the right to cancel the fishing match, due to extreme weather or water conditions, insufficient participant numbers, or circumstances outside of our control. In such an occurrence, each participant’s entry with be automatically moved to any rescheduled fishing match. If a participant cannot make the rescheduled fishing match, they shall be entitled to a full refund.
5. Participants & attendees are responsible for their own personal conduct.
6. Each participant & attendee is fully responsible for their actions and personal belongings whilst attending the fishing match. We do not accept responsibility for the actions of the participant & attendee nor the consequences of such actions.
7. Each participant signing-in at registration, on the day of an event, agrees that they are physically and mentally fit and capable of participating in the fishing match.
8. Participants must fully comply with all fishing match & venue rules. Further details can be found on the Hooked on Hospice Care Facebook & Instagram pages. Rules will also be emailed to all purchasers to pass onto the participant, if the purchasers & participant aren’t the same person.
9. Purchasers/participants agree to receive pre & post fishing match communications and promotional communications from Hooked on Hospice Care or sponsors of the fishing match.
10. Participants & attendees agrees to assign and grant the right and permission for the Hooked on Hospice Care, the chosen charity and fishing match sponsor to use and publish any photographs/video/electronic representations and/or sound recordings of the participant/attendee, for any reason and in any format. The participants & attendees hereby releases Hooked on Hospice Care, the chosen charity and fishing match sponsor from any and all liability from such use and promotion. Participants & attendees specifically waives any right to any compensation for appearing in any of the photographs/film/video/electronic representations and/or sound recordings used by the Hooked on Hospice Care, the chosen charity and fishing match sponsor.
11. No liability whatsoever shall attach to the Hooked on Hospice Care, the chosen charity and fishing match sponsor or any event official in respect of any injury, loss or damage suffered by the participant/attendee in or by reason of the fishing match, unless such injury, loss or damage is proven to be caused by the negligence of the aforementioned.
12. Participanys should note that the Hooked on Hospice Care is insured for public liability risks in connection with this fishing match. Any incidents that may give rise to a claim must be reported to both Hooked on Hospice Care and to our broker, Lagentium Insurance Brokers – Claims Team – as soon as possible.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This ticket was produced using the TryBooking UK Ltd website. All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
