Please let us know if you have any dietary special requirements or any additional needs. Participants will be asked to bring a contribution to the food (enough for everyone for one meal/ part of a meal- we'll let you know nearer the time what to bring) and will be expected to help with the cooking, washing up and looking after our space. We ask that people do not bring dogs or alcohol and that technology is kept to a minimum in communal areas.

The weekend will be begin with the evening meal on Friday. Arrive from 4pm. Each evening there will be a short reflective Epilogue, with a campfire on the Saturday night. Meeting for Worship will be held on the Sunday morning.

Please email Sue Nicholls, Rookhow Development Manager* with any extra requirements for the event (including preference for sleeping: bunkbarn- top/bottom bunk or single; or bringing own tent to camp; any preference for what food to bring/meal to cook).
