Ryarsh PTFA Fireworks Night – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Tickets & Entry
All tickets must be purchased online via TryBooking: Book here.

Please ensure you book a ticket for every member of your group, including infants under 2 years old. Infant tickets are free but must still be allocated.

Tickets will be issued with a QR code, which must be scanned at the gate for entry. You can present the QR code on your smartphone or bring a printed copy. Please have this ready to help us keep entry smooth and efficient.

Entry will only be permitted with a valid ticket. Anyone unable to present proof of purchase (e.g. a ticket or confirmation email) may be refused entry or asked to leave.

Parking & Travel
Parking is very limited. Residents of Ryarsh and Birling are encouraged to walk.

There will be no parking available at Ryarsh Primary School or the village hall, except for volunteers.

Brookline Coaches will open their carpark for visitor parking on the night. Please be aware that they are not responsible for any damages or thefts.

Safety & Supervision
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times. Ryarsh PTFA accepts no responsibility for children before, during, or after the event.

The Ryarsh Village Hall play park will be locked and out of bounds. Anyone entering does so at their own risk. Parents must ensure children do not enter the play park.

Please follow all safety signage, restricted areas, and marshal instructions. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event without refund.

Prohibited Items & Behaviour
No fireworks (including sparklers) may be brought onto the site.

No dogs are allowed.

No alcohol may be brought in.

The event is strictly no smoking or vaping.

Weather, Cancellation & Refunds
The display will go ahead in rain but may be cancelled if wind conditions are unsafe. This decision rests solely with Phoenix Fireworks.

If Phoenix Fireworks cancels before the display starts, ticket refunds will be issued automatically by TryBooking to the payment card used. Refunds may take 4–14 business days.

If the event is cancelled after it has started, safety will take priority. Refund decisions will be made by Ryarsh PTFA and communicated within 48 hours.

All tickets are otherwise non-refundable and non-transferable.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This ticket was produced using the TryBooking UK Ltd website. All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
