Thank you for supporting our charity grotto! To help make the experience smooth and memorable for everyone, please take a moment to read the following terms:

Gold Geese offer a magical, grotto experience, on a 100+ year old Pier Train from Southend on sea's famous Pier! There are steps to gain entry to the train, so please let us know if you have an accessibility requirement. The venue in itself has step free accessibility.

-To help reduce waste and keep the event as environmentally friendly as possible, we do not wrap gifts.
-Children will be able to choose from a selection of unwrapped gifts, suitable for a variety of ages. While we try to avoid gender-specific gifts, the selection may vary (due to local businesses donating some of our gifts) thank you for your understanding and flexibility.
-Prompt arrival is appreciated. Our grotto can get very busy, and time slots are carefully planned.
-If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but we can’t guarantee a visit to Santa if slots are full.
-Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless there are exceptional circumstances, if this applies, please contact us.
-If you need to change the name on a ticket, please let us know in advance. Santa likes to know who he’s expecting! (We take children's first names.)
-Tickets are likely to sell out quickly. If you need to pass your ticket to someone else, please email us with the updated name(s).
-By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms to help us run a smooth and inclusive event for all families.
