1. Payment is required to secure your session.
2. A minimum retention of £25 applies to any cancellations by You
i. We will try to accommodate a suitable alternative session should your booking date and time no longer be suitable but We require a minimum of 3 working days notice for any re-arrangement otherwise cancellation terms will apply.

3. Cancellation Refund Sliding Scale:
i. 7 working days or more £25 refund
ii. 6-3 working days £15 refund
iii. Less than 3 working days No Refund "£0"

4. Cancellations by Us will be refunded in full if a suitable alternative session cannot be found. We aim to provide a minimum of 3 working days notice of any cancellations by Us, however if the circumstances are outside of our control this may not be possible and a full refund will apply along with a 10% discount code for one future session of your choosing.
