Terms & Conditions – Thanksgiving Supper Club
Event Date & Time: Thursday 27th November 2025, 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Venue: The Rolling Mill, 25 Hall Street, Birmingham, B18 6BS
By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Tickets & Refunds
Tickets are non-transferable without prior written consent from the organisers.
Refund requests may be made up to 5:00 PM on 13th November 2025.
Refund requests made after this deadline will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may result in a full or partial refund at the organiser’s sole discretion.
2. Photography & Media
By attending the event, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded on video. Such materials may be used by the organisers for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Attendees are permitted to take personal photographs and videos during the event, provided such activities do not cause disruption to other guests or to the venue.
3. Data Protection & Payments
Ticket payments are processed securely via TryBooking.com.
The organisers do not retain or have access to your full payment card details.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws.
4. Liability & Damages
Attendees are legally liable for any damage to the property of The Rolling Mill directly caused by their actions.
The organisers’ liability to any attendee, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall in all circumstances be limited to a maximum sum of £80.
5. Food & Dietary Requirements
The Rolling Mill will make reasonable efforts to accommodate notified dietary restrictions.
Notwithstanding the above, attendees accept full responsibility for their own food choices and consumption at the event. The organisers accept no liability for allergic reactions, intolerances, or other dietary-related issues.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall first be subject to resolution by good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If such negotiation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be referred to mediation, and if still unresolved, to binding arbitration in the United Kingdom.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
7. Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that the supper club is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, all ticket holders will receive a 100% refund of their ticket costs.
The organisers will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by attendees, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
8. Force Majeure
The organisers shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under these Terms and Conditions where such failure or delay results from any event beyond the organisers’ reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, government restrictions or regulations, pandemics, strikes, lockouts, labour disputes, fire, flood, extreme weather, or any other cause beyond the organisers’ control.
In such circumstances, the organisers will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event or provide refunds at their discretion.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
