Terms and Conditions – Epping Green Village Fireworks

These terms and conditions are designed to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees. By attending the Epping Green Village Fireworks, you agree to the following:

1. Admission

Entry is at the discretion of the event organisers.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behaviour is considered unsafe, antisocial, or disruptive.

2. Safety

For your safety and that of others, personal fireworks, sparklers, lanterns, and flammable items are strictly prohibited.

Attendees must follow all instructions given by stewards, marshals, or emergency services.

Please remain within designated spectator areas.

3. Alcohol & Substances

Alcohol may only be consumed in permitted areas (if licensed for sale).

The organisers operate a zero-tolerance policy towards illegal substances.

4. Food & Drink

Food and drink may be available for purchase on-site.

Attendees are welcome to bring personal refreshments unless otherwise stated, but glass containers are not permitted.

5. Parking & Access

Parking will be available in designated areas only. Vehicles are left at the owner’s risk.

Please respect local residents by parking considerately and keeping noise to a minimum when arriving and leaving.

6. Weather & Cancellations

The event will go ahead in most weather conditions, but may be postponed or cancelled if deemed unsafe.

If cancelled due to adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances, the organisers accept no liability for travel or other costs incurred.

7. Liability

Attendees enter the event at their own risk.

The organisers accept no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury sustained at the event, except where caused by negligence.

8. Photography & Media

Photographs and video may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being included in such media.

9. Respect for the Community

Please dispose of litter responsibly using bins provided.

Be considerate of local residents when entering and leaving the event.
