Terms and Conditions – Third Child Events

1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket, attending, or participating in the event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions set forth by Third Child Events (“the Organiser”).

2. Age Restriction
This event is strictly 18+ only. Entry will not be permitted to anyone under the age of 18. Valid photo identification may be required at the entrance.

3. Tickets and Entry
All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated by the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the venue at their discretion. Re-entry may not be permitted once you leave the event premises.

4. Photography and Videography
Photography, filming, or recording of any kind by attendees is strictly prohibited. By attending, you acknowledge and agree that the Organiser may conduct official photography or videography for promotional or archival purposes.

5. Personal Belongings
Attendees are responsible for their own belongings at all times. The Organiser accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the event.

6. Health, Safety, and Conduct
Attendees participate and attend at their own risk. The Organiser accepts no liability for injury, illness, or damage sustained during the event, except where required by law. Aggressive, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour will result in removal from the venue without refund. Attendees must comply with all venue and security staff instructions at all times.

7. Event Changes and Cancellation
The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, lineup, or venue if necessary. If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control, refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

8. Force Majeure
The Organiser is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including weather, venue issues, or government restrictions.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the event is held.

By attending the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the account holder known herein as the “Event Organiser” using the TryBooking UK Ltd website to manage this event and not that of TryBooking UK Ltd., its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, other partners and employees known herein as “TryBooking UK”. 1. TryBooking UK is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions or any other instructions or directives imposed by the Event Organiser. 2. TryBooking UK is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase of this ticket. 3. TryBooking UK cannot exchange or refund this ticket. 4. The additional booking fee that may apply when purchasing tickets via the TryBooking UK Ltd website is not negotiable or refundable and can be subject to change at TryBooking UK's sole discretion. 5. A cancelled, postponed or altered event does not constitute an obligation by TryBooking UK to substitute, refund or provide other compensation monetary or otherwise. 6. Any dispute which may arise regarding the booking of this event or the way in which this event is conducted or the conditions in which this event is held is solely between the ticket holder and the Event Organiser and not a part of TryBooking UK's responsibilities.
